Scholarship The Kansas State Department of Education and Kansas Highway Patrol are conducting a Kansas School Safety Hotline scholarship contest directed at encouraging students to promote the Kansas School Safety Hotline. This contest is open to any Kansas resident who will be graduating from an accredited Kansas high school in the 2008-09 school year and will be attending an accredited postsecondary education programs in Kansas.
